Studio By Design® is a three-hour professional planning seminar for dance studio owners and directors. The seminar brings together practical studio planning, student retention, curriculum and performance development, faculty organization, parent communication, and new opportunities through American Sport Dance Games®.

Examine the studio experience from the student and parent perspective and identify practical ways to encourage continued enrollment.​

Part 3: Curriculum and Performance Planning

Connect curriculum, classroom goals, and performances so students can demonstrate meaningful progress.

Part 4: Faculty Development

Create clearer faculty expectations and improve communication, consistency, and accountability.

Part 5: Parent Communication

Strengthen how your studio explains its programs, educational value, policies, and expectations to families.

Learn how American Sport Dance Games® provides a new student achievement and event opportunity through AADI membership.

Seminar and Hosting Information

Attendee Fee: $147 per person.

​

Dance studios that can accommodate approximately 12–15 visiting attendees, in addition to their current faculty, may apply to host a Studio By Design® seminar.Host studios receive a commission based on the number of registered visiting attendees. Current faculty members listed on the host studio’s website are not included when calculating the commission.
