HOST THE TEA PARTY WITH CONFIDENCE
Follow a 17-minute hosting script with words to say, a simple place setting, menu suggestions and serving steps. A shopping list gives sample quantities for 12 children plus 12 adults, so you can plan before you purchase.
TEACH THOUGHTFUL TEA-PARTY MANNERS
An 8-minute lesson helps children practice welcoming a guest, putting a napkin on their lap, asking politely, taking turns in conversation and thanking the host. Friendly teacher prompts show how to handle spills, reaching across the table and declining food.
BRING THE NUTCRACKER STORY TO LIFE
Use the child-friendly read-aloud story, character guide and action cues to introduce Clara, Drosselmeyer, the Nutcracker, the Mouse King and the Sugar Plum Fairy. Five music-and-movement activities and six beginner ballet vocabulary explanations connect the story to dance.
MAKE LEARNING PART OF THE FUN
Choose from 24 story, ballet, music and manners questions with teacher answers. Ask them aloud at the tea table; no reading is required. The package also includes six movement cards, eight matching pictures to print twice, two word searches with clear answer keys and four original coloring pages.
SEVEN CRAFTS WITH DIRECTIONS AND PRINTABLE PATTERNS
• Teacup Keepsake Ornament: decorate a flat paper teacup and saucer, add a kind word, and turn it into a take-home keepsake.
• Sugar Plum Welcome Crown: decorate a crown and practice greeting a guest. Crown and extension-band patterns are included.
• Sugar Plum Kindness Wand: make a two-sided paper star wand and choose a kind word or action. Star patterns are included.
• Nutcracker Portrait: design a toy soldier uniform, explore patterns and explain an artistic choice.
• Thank-You Tea Card: decorate a folded card and write or dictate a specific thank-you message.
• Tea-Party Placemat: decorate a printable mat and practice where the plate, cup and napkin go.
• Welcome Place Cards: create folded name cards and help guests find their seats.
Every craft includes materials, numbered directions, preparation steps, age adaptations and purchasing suggestions with supplier links. Choose one main craft for a 90-minute event; use the others as choices or extensions.
INVITATION AND ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE INCLUDED
The original pastel invitation and attendance certificate images are included as PNGs and print-ready PDFs. You also receive a welcome sign, reusable promotional artwork, registration field suggestions and family communication wording.

A ZIP package containing the 41-page teaching and event guide, a separate craft-template and game-card PDF, the landscape placemat, invitation and certificate files, four-page coloring book, welcome sign, promotional images and reusable store/social copy. A contents page helps you find each activity.
Food, physical craft supplies and music recordings are purchased separately. The invitation and certificate PNGs are flat images, not editable layered designs. Add your own studio and event details before printing or sharing.
